the room I stayed in was right over the kitchen, and I had a absolutely terrible time with the noise, clearly the staff do not understand what "quiet" means. It was sad that no one rushed to set up the pool for us, I expected special treatment but settled for disappointment. Almost thought to give a good review, but couldn't.

The gardens and wildlife were stunning and tranquil.
I was highly disappointed with the noise from the kitchen right below my room, which made it impossible to get a good night's rest. It's unacceptable that my complaints were brushed aside by the manager without any concern for my experience. I found the breakfast offers to be far too overpriced for what they provided, further adding to my frustration during my stay.
